
Once you have an unconditional contract in place:
- When all the conditions have been removed by the buyer,
I will process your sale through the Pemberton Holmes Real
Estate conveyancing center, where a trained staff of experts
will manage your transaction through to completion. They
take care of sending the paperwork to the different lawyers,
and solving any last minute problems.
- Your sale will be monitored, and I will be in communication
with both you and your lawyer to ensure smooth sailing.
Should anything crop up, it will be taken care of immediately
instead of at the last minute.
- You will receive a comprehensive file of all original
copies of the sale, plus a set of photocopies for your records.
- A sold sign will be placed on your front lawn.
- I will meet with you to advise you of all the particulars
that need to be attended to prior to you vacating the property.
- Once the paperwork has been signed, and upon confirmation
from your lawyer that the funds have changed hands, I will
deliver the keys to the Buyer's Agent.
