Once you have an unconditional contract:
- I will process your sale through the Pemberton Holmes
conveyancing centre, where a trained staff of experts will
manage your transaction through to completion. They take
care of sending the paperwork to the different lawyers,
and solving any last minute problems.
- Your sale will be monitored, and I will be in communication
with both you and your lawyer to ensure smooth sailing.
Should anything crop up, it will be taken care of immediately,
not at the last minute.
- You will receive a comprehensive file of all original
copies of the sale, plus a set of photocopies for your records.
- I will meet with you to advise you of all the particulars
that need to be attended to prior to you taking possession
of your new property.
- Once the paperwork has been signed, and upon confirmation
from your lawyer that the funds have changed hands, I will
deliver your new keys to you.
