
When you have found the perfect home:
- I will provide you with a thorough explanation of all
forms, including a time clause addendum if necessary, financing
clauses, building inspection conditions, and disclosure
statements.
- I will prepare your offer to purchase, tailored to protect
your interests, and designed to motivate the seller to accept
your price.
- When you are satisfied, I will meet with the Seller and
the Seller's Agent to present your offer in the best possible
light. I am an expert negotiator, and will attempt to negotiate
for you the best possible deal, both in price and in terms.
- The Seller will accept, reject, or counter your offer.
At this point, I will counsel you on your best course of
action. If it is a counter-offer, I will then advise you
on your options of accepting, or countering their counter-offer.
- At all times I will be acting on your behalf. I will be
representing your position, and protecting your best interests.
- Once a conditional agreement has been made, I will work
with you to satisfy any and all subject-to conditions. I
will help arrange the mortgage appraisal, as well as the
home inspection if one has been ordered. When all of the
conditions have been satisfied, I will prepare the paperwork
to remove those conditions from the contract of purchase
and sale.
