When you are ready to proceed:
- An initial 'drive-by' list will be produced and delivered
to you so you have an opportunity to begin previewing homes
at your leisure.
- I will arrange showings of those homes that you have selected,
on your schedule and at your convenience. You may also be
picked up and dropped off if required.
- You will receive professional advice as to the price,
location, and the condition of the homes viewed, with an
objective assessment of both the benefits and the drawbacks.
- I will show you as many homes as you like, and work with
you for as long as it takes until you decide you have found
the right property.
- Many times each day I receive downloads of the latest
new listings and price reductions. A computerized file will
be established in your name, so I am alerted to all new
listings that match your criteria. This way, you won't miss
anything. I also offer Instant Email Notification
as a complimentary service.
- When a new listing appears you will be contacted immediately
with the address and particulars. A showing will be quickly
arranged, so you can view the home before anyone else.
- I attend most MLS® tours, checking on new listings
to ensure nothing is overlooked. Networking with other Agents
can also uncover new homes before they are even listed.
With 140 Agents in our office, this happens all the time.
- As well, I monitor the Times Colonist and Real Estate
Victoria newspapers to ensure that you have the best possible
opportunity to view every conceivable property that matches
your specifications.
- I use a wireless laptop, and a smart phone which receives
all new listings every 15 minutes. I also have mobile email
and web browsing, direct cell, pager and fax service to
stay in touch with you at all times. And when you phone,
I will return your call as promptly as possible, so you
are not kept waiting.
- When you have selected a home, I will do a market analysis
so you are aware of how well it is priced compared to the
competition. You will also be provided with a copy of the
B.C.A.A. assessment report showing the assessed value and
the current year taxes.
