I've lived in Victoria since 1967, and know the area extremely well. I'm passionate about Real Estate; as an investor, as a builder, and as a successful agent for over 16 years. There aren't many situations I haven't negotiated successfully, and I know you'll appreciate the difference my experience makes.

Education:

I am a graduate of the University of British Columbia where I completed a four-year program in Urban Land Economics in 1989.

I am a graduate of St. Michaels' University School here in Victoria, where I completed my secondary education in 1979.

Real Estate:

I began my career in real estate in September of 1989 and, since that time, have sold over 135 million dollars in real estate.

I have steadily placed in the top levels of production and am a consistent M.L.S.® award winner.

I have also been active in the land development, building design and construction field since 1995 and my personal company is one of the more prolific builders of fine homes in the James Bay, Farfield and South Oak Bay neighborhoods.

Associations:

I am proud to be a member of The Victoria Real Estate Board, The British Columbia Real Estate Council, and The Canadian Real Estate Association.

As a result of my successful completion of the U.B.C. program, I am one of the very few local Realtors to be accepted as a Fellow of The Real Estate Institute of British Columbia, and awarded the prestigious R.I. (B.C.) Professional designation.

Interests:

When not serving the needs of my clients, I enjoy mountain biking, rock climbing, mountaineering, and staying fit at the Y.M.C.A.
